Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) of 2008:
The 2008 CPSIA pertains to products that are intended for children 12 years of age or younger. However, Earth Angels’ Inspirational Creations does not fall within the legislation’s guidelines, as our products are not intended for children under the age of 13, as the components of our products may contain trace amounts of lead. ( Please don’t eat your jewelry, rosaries, etc.)

Please consult your doctor before using any alternative medical remedies. The stones used in many of our products can help some individuals with medical issues and aid in magickal purposes, but please note that they do not work for everyone.
Payments:
We accept PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Credit/Debit Cards. You can make a payment using PayPal, whether or not you have an account.
shipping
Once your payment has cleared, we will ship your item or items within 1-3 business days, and during holidays and Sundays, your item or items will ship within 2 – 4 business days as we are closed during the following holidays: New Years, Ash Wednesday, St. Patrick’s Day, Palm Sunday, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, All Saints Day, All Souls Day, Veterans Day, Christmas and all Sundays. All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, or UPS. We will email you the confirmation number, so we both have a record of when the package is delivered. Priority Mail is usually delivered anywhere in the US within 3-5 days, and USPS Ground Advantage is usually delivered anywhere in the US within 4- 6 days. However, if you need expedited shipping or wish to purchase insurance, please contact us before checking out so we can adjust the invoice accordingly. Insurance is highly recommended for orders over $100. We have had good results with the USPS and UPS, but please understand that we cannot assume responsibility for lost, damaged, or delayed items once they are in transit. We also ask that you please confirm your shipping address with PayPal so that we are covered under their policy. We currently only ship to the US.

Reutrns & Exchanges
We don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details:
Since all items are one-of-a-kind, we only issue refunds/returns on a case-by-case basis and will not refund or accept returns on any items after 14 days from the delivery date confirmation. Once items have been shipped, we cannot assume any responsibility for any lost, damaged, or delayed items.
