Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) of 2008:

The 2008 CPSIA pertains to products that are intended for children 12 years of age or younger. However, Earth Angels' Inspirational Creations does not fall within the legislation's guidelines as our products are not intended for children under the age of 13 years old; as the components of our products may contain trace amounts of lead. ( Please don't eat your jewelry, rosaries, etc.)

Please consult your doctor before using any alternative medical remedies. The stones used in many of our products do help some individuals with medical issues and can help aid in magickal purposes, but please note that they do not work for everyone.

Payments:

We accept PayPal and Credit/Debit Cards for payment. You can make a payment using PayPal, regardless of whether you have an account with them or not.

Shipping:

Once your payment has cleared, we will ship your item or items within 1-3 business days, and during holidays and Sundays, your item or items will ship within 2 - 4 business days as we are closed during the following holidays: New Years, Ash Wednesday, St. Patrick's Day, Palm Sunday, Good Friday, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, All Saints Day, All Souls Day, Veterans Day, Christmas and all Sundays. All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. We will email you the confirmation number, so we both have a record of when the package is delivered. Priority Mail is usually delivered anywhere in the US within 2-4 days. However, if you need expedited shipping or wish to purchase insurance, please contact us before checking out, so that we can adjust the invoice to reflect your personal preferences. Insurance is highly recommended for orders over $100. We have had good results with the USPS and UPS, but please understand that we cannot assume responsibility for lost, damaged, or delayed items once they are in transit. We also ask that you please confirm your shipping address with PayPal, so that we can be covered under their policy. We only ship to the US and Canada.

Returns & Exchanges:

We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

Returns and exchange details

Since all items that are made are one-of-a-kind pieces, we only do refunds/returns on a case-by-case base and will not do any refunds or accept any returns on any items after 7 days of confirmation of the delivery date. Once items have been shipped we cannot assume any responsibility for any lost, damaged, or delayed items.
